AIWizards.ai was an offshoot of a healthcare companion Sirona created to provide healthcare guidance to seniors using their TV. Sirona.tv was created when NLP and Conversational AI was not very mature. Sirona used Google NLP technology. Using Google NLP we built a solution which supports multi-turn conversation. However the process to build the healthcare assistance was cumbersome. All these changed with conversation LLM and specially after the popularity of ChatGPT.
When we started to re-architect Sirona we realized that we can help many organizations across many verticals with AI. That led to creation of AIWizards.
